Opportunity:
Physician - Interventional Cardiology

Job Details:

• Provide 24-hour beeper call coverage for inpatient interventional cardiology services
• Practice mix will be 75% interventional and 25% noninvasive cardiology
• NUC reading and NUC activity will be required
• Expected patient encounters of 10-15 per shift
• Shift times run 7am to 7am (24-hour call coverage)
• Active California medical license required
• Board certified or board eligible within 3-5 years of residency required
• Active DEA required
• Active fluoroscopy (FLURO) certification is required
• ACLS and BLS certifications required
• Minimum of 2 years of current hospital clinical activity in the specialty required
• Any gaps greater than 3 months in clinical activity must be explained
• Current case logs must be included upon presentation
• Updated CV with all hospital affiliations must be submitted at time of presentation
• Credentialing timeframe is approximately 60-90 days
• Licensed in California only - IMLC not accepted
