M-TH 10hr shifts
Start date: Late June/early August
Contract through September
Estimated 3 weeks credentialing
Support staff: MA + office admin
10-12 patients per day
2 weeks/month is needed!
NO CALL

Must be board certified in Cardiovascular disease. Must have CO license.
