Cardiologist Locum Tenens Needed | 2 week on/2 weeks off | Illinois

Job description

Shift Times: Monday – Friday 40 hours/week. Clinic hours are 8-4:30 M-F. Could do Monday-Thursday if needed. This would include inpatient consults, clinic and some call but more telephone versus actual presence after hours at the hospital
Call: Phone Call coverage
For Clinic positions any hospital rounding coverage required? Yes, inpatient consults.
Clinic hours are 8-4:30 M-F, could be a M-TH if we needed to reduce to a 4-day week. There would be time blocked in each clinic day for inpatient consults which typically only average 1-3. Call is telephonic after hours
Support Staff (MD, APPs, RNs, etc.) - 1 APP 2 days a week. Medical Assistant. Solo MD coverage
Department Description: Will read EKG & Echos. Supervise stress testing. General Cardiology managing CAD, HTN, HF patients.
