This is a 295-bed acute care hospital that serves as part of a diversified healthcare delivery network committed to making communities healthier. The facility features an established cardiology program with recently renovated facilities including a new GE Allia IGS system for the cath lab and a 256-Slice CT Scanner with CTA capability.

Opportunity:
Interventional Cardiologist

Job Details:
• Join an established regional cardiology program with support of 2 Interventional Cardiologists and 3 ARPNs
• Work with recently installed GE Allia IGS system in newly renovated cath lab
• Utilize new 256-Slice CT Scanner with CTA capability and Echo PACS system for streamlined diagnostics
• Member of the UK Healthcare Gill Affiliate Network (Gill Heart Vascular Institute)
• Provide comprehensive cardiology services including general adult cardiology and peripheral vascular disease management
• Perform diagnostic cardiac catheterization and coronary intervention procedures
• Conduct arrhythmia management, pacemaker implantation, and congestive heart failure management
• Handle diagnostic peripheral/carotid/mesenteric angiogram and peripheral arterial intervention
• Perform echocardiography, pericardialcentesis, and myocardial biopsy procedures
• Implant permanent pacemakers, loop recorders, and AICD devices
• Oversee Holter and event monitor services
