Physician - Cardiology

Job Details:
• Provide comprehensive cardiac care for weekend and extended locum tenens assignments
• Coverage schedule: 6am-6am shifts with 24-hour call responsibilities
• Inpatient focus with hospital and call coverage (no clinic duties)
• Work alongside three (3) inpatient Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) for team support
• Perform and interpret echocardiography, treadmill stress tests, and chemical stress tests
• Must be Board Certified in Cardiology with active Michigan medical license
• Michigan residents or near-Michigan drive-in only (no flights required)
• Clean background required for quick credentialing process
• Must use DocTime system for clocking in and out
• DEA certification with verbal confirmation required
• Self-Query NPDB documentation required within the month
• Complete employee health requirements including vaccinations and health screenings
• Available dates include various weekend coverage periods from March through June 2026

Compensation:
Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included.
