General Cardiology Locums Opportunity in Potsdam, NY

Job description

Highlights:
• Outpatient-Focused Practice with Stress Test Supervision
• Full-Time Preferred (2 Weeks On/2 Weeks Off Considered)
• 6–9 Month Assignment Beginning This Fall

Opportunity Details

Start Date: ASAP (Target start mid-September)

Duration: 6–9 Months

Schedule:
• Monday – Thursday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Full-time (4 weeks per month) highly preferred
• Two providers alternating 2 weeks on/2 weeks off will also be considered

Practice Details:
• Primarily outpatient cardiology clinic (approximately 3 days per week)
• Supervision of stress tests (approximately 1 day per week)
• Inpatient consults and stress lab coverage as needed
• Occasional overnight call (4:00 PM – 8:00 AM) to fill coverage gaps
• Hospital consult service rotation as needed
• Opportunity to read the nuclear portion of stress tests preferred, but not required
• Floating between two nearby practice locations
• EMR: Epic

Requirements:
• Board Certified in Cardiology
• Active New York Medical License Required
• AHA or RQI Certifications Required
• Nuclear stress test interpretation preferred but not required
• Five or more years of experience preferred
