Facility:
This 355-bed medical center is part of a diversified healthcare delivery network and serves as the first Duke Health heart affiliate in western North Carolina. The facility features a comprehensive Heart Center with access to Duke training, staff education, and evidence-based practices, providing outstanding cardiovascular care to the greater Hickory area.

Opportunity:
Board Certified/Board Eligible - Interventional Cardiologist

Job Details:
• Join a large, hospital-employed cardiology group of 12 cardiologists with immediate need
• Take over an established patient base in a collegial work environment
• Work alongside a mix of Interventional, Invasive, EP and General Cardiologists
• Structural Heart and CV Surgery back-up available
• STEMI call shared at 1:7 rotation
• Focus on PCI procedures strongly needed
• Primary work location in Hickory offices with rotations at satellite clinic in Lincolnton
• Access to Duke Heart Center resources, training, and evidence-based guidelines
• Provide outstanding cardiovascular care to the greater Hickory community
• Work within a facility backed by comprehensive Duke Health resources and practices

Compensation:
