This medical center serves as a comprehensive healthcare facility with 99 beds, providing extensive cardiovascular services to the southern Ohio region. The facility maintains a robust cardiology practice with strong support staff and offers excellent professional resources for cardiovascular care.

Opportunity:
Physician - Internal Medicine - Cardiology

Job Details:
• Provide in-patient rounding and call coverage for cardiovascular patients
• Work Monday through Friday, 7am to 5pm with weekday call responsibilities (no weekend call)
• Handle 15-20 patient encounters per shift in a very robust practice
• Collaborate with independent NP to divide patient load effectively
• Start each day at 7am checking in with cardiovascular testing department
• Manage inpatient cardiology including ICU patients
• Perform non-invasive procedures including echocardiography, TEE, and nuclear cardiology
• Handle STEMI cases and other acute cardiovascular conditions
• Must be board certified in Internal Medicine - Cardiology
• Requires active Ohio license or IMLC eligibility
• ACLS and BLS certifications required
• Credentialing timeframe approximately 90 days
• Assignment dates: June 8-12, June 29-July 3, July 6-10, August 3-7, August 31-December 2026

• Convenient access to Columbus, Cincinnati, and Huntington airports

Compensation:
Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included.
