Non-Invasive Cardiologist - Inpatient Coverage in Ohio

Aya Locums is partnering with a hospital-based cardiology service seeking a Non-Invasive General Cardiologist for ongoing inpatient coverage beginning in October 2026.

The regular schedule is Monday - Friday during daytime hours with shared call responsibilities, generally including one weeknight of call along with weekend coverage. Patient volume varies with the hospital census, and this is a busy inpatient service.

The cardiologist will provide General Cardiology rounding, see new inpatient consults, follow established patients throughout their hospitalization, and interpret EKGs as needed. There are no procedural responsibilities associated with this assignment.

The physician will have substantial support, including 3 - 4 APPs dedicated to the inpatient service along with another General Cardiologist. The facility uses Epic.

The client is seeking a Board Certified Cardiologist. Physicians who already hold an Ohio license are welcome, and cardiologists using the IMLC are also being considered.
