Amount of Coverage Needed per Month: 1 week + 1 weekend
Schedule:
May 11,12,13,14,15 7:30am-4pm
May 18,19,20,21,22 7:30am -4pm
May 22 4pm-May 26 5pm – 24 hour call
June 8,9,10,11,12 7:30am-4:30pm
June 15,16,17,18,19 7:30am -4pm
June 19 4pm-June 22 7am
July 20(7am)-30(5pm)
Work Details:
· Support Staff: APP with Interventional if doing General
· Patients per day: 17-18
· Patient Population/Age: adult
· Department Description: clinic has 1 full-time physician. In lab 3 days per week.
· EMR: EPIC
· Hospital Bed size: 150 beds
· Special Procedures: nuclear reads, stress tests, tees, cardioversions, echo monitors
· Skill Preferred: CT reads
· Average callback: nights – 0; weekend – 0 (but will round)
