This downtown medical facility is part of a respected healthcare network providing comprehensive cardiovascular services to the community. The hospital features state-of-the-art surgical facilities and utilizes EPIC documentation systems to ensure excellent patient care and operational efficiency.

Physician - Surgery - Cardiovascular

Job Details:
• Provide locum cardiovascular surgery services in hospital setting with rounding and surgical responsibilities
• Work 24-hour schedule with call and weekend coverage as needed
• Coverage period: Friday, July 3rd from 5pm to Monday, July 6th at 7am
• Perform required procedures including aneurysm repair, coronary artery bypass graft (CABG), and heart valve replacement
• Must have fellowship training in cardiovascular surgery
• Board certification in cardiovascular surgery required
• Active South Carolina medical license required (will not accept providers needing to obtain license)
• Active ACLS certification required
• Must provide self-query NPDB report during presentation
• Clean background required for consideration
• Utilize EPIC electronic medical record system
• Travel reimbursement includes flight, hotel, rental car, and mileage at IRS standard rate

Compensation:
Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included.
