Start Date: ASAP
Contract Length: Ongoing
Schedule: Monday – Friday (8:00am – 5:00pm)
Practice Setting: Outpatient
Assignment Details: Patient Population: Adult patients; Patient Volume: Approximately 16 patients per day; EMR: EPIC
License: Active WA License Required *Willing to License*
Requirements: Must be Board Certified; DEA & CSR Required; ACLS Required
Travel: Airfare, lodging, and car rental will be covered
