🩺 Part-Time Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner Opportunity

📍 Onsite Outpatient Setting
🗓 Start Date: ASAP
⏳ Initial Assignment: 3 Months with Option to Extend

✨ Position Overview
Part-Time Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner needed
18 hours per week onsite
3 six-hour days
Provider will have a private office
Adult patient population only (18+)
🌈 Patient Population

Seeking a provider who is experienced, compassionate, and comfortable working with the LGBTQ+ community, including:

Transgender men and women
Non-binary individuals

Patient cases may include:

HIV-positive patients
Severe mental illness
Depression
Personality disorders
Schizophrenia
🩺 Clinical Duties
5–7 patients per day
Initial psychiatric evaluations: 60 minutes
Medication management visits: 30 minutes
Administrative time built into weekly schedule
👥 Support & Environment
Collaborative, community-focused environment
Support staff includes:
3 Social Workers/LCSWs
EMR: CARES / Outlook
✅ Requirements
Must be able to practice independently
Completed required 3,600 supervised hours
Board Certified required
Medicare & Medicaid enrollment required
Must be team-oriented, community-driven, and comfortable serving this patient population
