Overview:
Seeking a Psychiatric NP to join a secure adolescent residential treatment program providing step-down care from acute settings. This is a collaborative, team-based role focused on stabilization and long-term psychiatric care.

Population:
Adolescents (ages 13–18), census 10–20, average 5–6 patients/day, with stays ranging from 1 month to 1 year.

Responsibilities:

Psychiatric evaluations and medication management
Collaboration with nursing and multidisciplinary teams
Participation in treatment planning and care coordination
Restraint sign-offs as needed
Occasional remote on-call for restraint approvals (approx. every other week or less)
