About the clinician's workday

The clinician will provide comprehensive psychiatric care for children and adolescents in a residential behavioral health program serving high-acuity patients. Responsibilities include completing psychiatric admissions and evaluations within 72 hours of new admission, conducting weekly patient follow-up, and attending in-person treatment team meetings weekly. The position involves treating typical cases including trauma, PTSD, mood disorders, anxiety, ADHD, self-harm/suicidality, attachment disorders, aggression, behavioral disorders, and co-occurring substance use. The clinician will work alongside a multidisciplinary treatment team in a structured therapeutic environment.
