Pediatric Psychiatrist Needed in Massachusetts

Job description

Start Date: November 30, 2026
Contract Length: Intermittent coverage through March 2027
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm, with multiple week-long coverage blocks available.

• Inpatient Pediatric Psychiatry coverage for patients ages 3–18
• Average daily census of approximately 10 patients
• Daily inpatient rounding and psychiatric management
• Common conditions include depression, PTSD, suicidal ideation, personality disorders, and behavioral disorders
• Support from 1 physician and 2 NPs
• Minimum 1 year of experience required
• Epic EMR

Current Coverage Dates:
• November 30–December 4
• December 28–January 1
• January 11–15 & 25–29
• February 22–26
• March 8–12

Active Massachusetts License & DEA Required

Board Certification in Psychiatry Required

Credentialing Timeframe: Approximately 90 days
