Our outpatient practice provides psychiatric medication management, therapy, and advanced treatments for individuals with treatment-resistant depression, including TMS.

Clinical Model
We prioritize quality patient care and manageable workloads.
Outpatient psychiatry practice
Flexible in-person or telepsychiatry schedule
Strong administrative and operational support
Integrated team approach with therapy and medication management
Focus on continuity of care and evidence-based treatment
Role Responsibilities
Provide high-quality psychiatric evaluation and medication management via virtual or in-person visits
Collaborate with the Medical Director on clinical initiatives and expansion of TMS services
Work alongside a collegial team of psychiatric providers in a supportive clinical environment
Partner with leadership to continuously improve patient outcomes and care delivery
Contribute to a culture of collaboration, clinical excellence, and compassionate care
Position Details
Full-time outpatient schedule (Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm)
No nights, weekends, or on-call requirements
Fully supported by administrative, scheduling, and billing teams
Paid holidays and generous paid time off

Hybrid or remote flexibility available depending on preference
Physicians may live outside Ohio but must hold (or be eligible to obtain) an Ohio medical license.

Requirements
Board Certified in Psychiatry (MD or DO)
Active Ohio Medical License in good standing (or eligible to obtain)
Passion for patient-centered, collaborative outpatient care
