Opportunity:
Physician - Psychiatry - Child and Adolescent Psychiatry

Job Details:

• Provide inpatient psychiatric services on an acute psychiatric unit with 6-10 patient encounters per shift
• Evaluate and manage a wide range of psychiatric conditions including anxiety disorders, affective disorders, ADD/ADHD, personality disorders, and psychotic disorders
• Experience with eating disorders and developmental disorders preferred
• Manage involuntary commitments in accordance with state regulations
• Utilize seclusion therapy and restraint application as clinically appropriate
• Provide pharmacotherapy as a primary treatment technique
• Must hold an active Ohio medical license or IMLC to be considered
• Board certification required at the certified level
• BLS and PALS certifications required
• Credentialing timeframe approximately 15-30 days
• Nearest airport is CMH (Columbus)
• Locum Tenens engagement with an ASAP start date on an ongoing basis
