Psychiatrist
Waco, TX
Pay Rate: $150 - $161/hr
Assignment Length: minimum of 3 to 6 months
Shift Availability:
8:00AM – 5:00 P.M.
Days: Monday through Friday
Services can be provided on-site or remotely (telepsychiatry).
For remote providers, first day must still be in person.

Job Description
The Psychiatrist will be responsible for diagnosing, treating psychiatric disorders, and performing psychiatric assessments, providing timely, and accurate charting of clinical encounters using our electronic medical records of the residents with intellectual disabilities.

Duties/Responsibilities
• Must be able to work in a team environment.
• Must have good communication skills, organizing, and able to present information.
• Justification of medication use.
• Able to work with minimal supervision

Requirements
• Must be licensed (unrestricted) as a medical doctor by the State of Texas and be Board
• Certified or Board eligible in Psychiatry in the State of Texas.
• Must have current unrestricted registration certificate from the Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA).
• Must possess a National Provider Identifier (NPI#).
• Must complete facility and company required training
• Psychiatrist must be proficient in computers/electronic health records.
