· Patient demographic: pediatric neurological patients
· Amount of Coverage Needed per day/week or month: 7 inhouse days are required. All other would be a bonus

· Department Description: Large pediatric neurology practice
· What type of ancillary services are offered: (X-ray, EKG, Onsite Lab?) all
