Pediatric Neurologist

Job description

Seeking a board-certified Pediatric Neurologist for inpatient rounding, admissions, call coverage, and outpatient clinic support. The required coverage is a 7-day inpatient stretch, with any additional clinic coverage considered a bonus.

Schedule and Responsibilities
- Seven consecutive inpatient days required
- Approximately 8 hours per day onsite
- Inpatient rounding and admissions
- Weeknight and weekend call
- Unrestricted beeper call during the assignment
- Approximately 16 hours of call during the 7-day stretch
- Outpatient clinic coverage available Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
- Clinic volume: approximately 8–16 patients per day
- Average daily encounters: approximately 10
- Average admissions: approximately 3 per day
- EEG reading required

Requirements
- Board certification required
- Active Ohio medical license required, IMLC Accepted
- Ability to read EEGs
- Standard credentialing timeframe: approximately 30 days
- Temporary privileges available
