Pediatric Neurology Locums - Pennsylvania - Licensing Available

Job description

Aya Locums is assisting an established children’s hospital program in Pennsylvania with Pediatric Neurology coverage beginning in January 2027.

The assignment combines outpatient Pediatric Neurology with inpatient consultation coverage. The weekday schedule is Monday - Friday, approximately 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., with consultation time built into the schedule for hospitalized patients. Weekend coverage includes new and follow-up consultations for pediatric inpatients through a beeper-call structure.

The clinical scope includes diagnosis and treatment of a broad range of pediatric neurological conditions, including epilepsy, seizures, developmental delays and movement disorders. EEG interpretation is required.

The program is supported by office RNs, MAs, administrative staff and clinical leadership. The hospital includes a pediatric inpatient service with Level IV NICU/PICU capability, and Epic is used for documentation.

Board Certified Pediatric Neurologists with recent clinical experience are encouraged to reach out. An active Pennsylvania license is welcomed but is not required at the beginning of the conversation. Aya Locums can assist with licensing for the right physician.
