Assignment Details

* Start Date: November 16, 2026

* Contract Length: November 16–December 13, 2026

* Coverage Needed: One week in November and 1–2 weeks in December

* Credentialing: Approximately 3–4 weeks, provided all required documents are submitted promptly

Schedule

* November 16 at 7:00 AM – November 22 at 7:00 AM

* December 7 at 7:00 AM – December 13 at 7:00 AM

* Coverage Need: Approximately 5 shifts per month

Position Overview

* Practice Setting: Hospital

* Department: Pathology

* Hospital Size: 272 beds

* Patient Population: Adults

* Annual Volume: Approximately 18,000 surgical cases and 4,000 cytology cases

* Support Staff: Pathology Assistant and Pathology Team

* EMR: Cerner and Voicebrook Dictation System

Clinical Responsibilities & Skills

* GI, fluids, lymphoma, GYN (anatomic), breast, and lung pathology

* Histotechnology experience

* Radiology and endoscopy perform FNA

* No bone marrow procedures currently

* Pathology Assistant performs grossing

* Pathologist performs frozen sections

* Immunohistochemistry performed in-house

Requirements

* Board Certified in Pathology; true Board Eligible candidates accepted

* Active Pennsylvania medical license required

* Fellowship training required

* 1–2 years of experience

* DEA and CSR not required

* Additional certifications: TBD
