Location: St. Louis, MO
Assignment Length: 26 weeks

Position Overview
* Academic, hospital-based outpatient clinic with inpatient consult responsibilities
* Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
* Coverage includes outpatient clinic, inpatient consults, and call

Facility & Practice Details
* 195-bed facility
* Primary pediatric population with occasional adult patients
* Average daily census: 4–5 patients (may increase with additional provider)
* EMR: Epic
* Required vaccine: Flu

Support Staff
* Genetic counselors
* Genetic nurse
* Genetic counseling assistant

Clinical Responsibilities
* General genetics evaluations
* Management of biochemical and metabolic disorders
* Inpatient consults (PICU, NICU, pediatric ward)
* Collaboration with genetic counselors is essential

Requirements
* Board Certified in Genetics (required)
* Active Missouri and Illinois licenses (or willingness to obtain; licensing candidates accepted)
* BLS certification
* DEA required
* BNDD (Missouri controlled substance registration) required
* Minimum 2–5 years of experience
* Strong diagnostic skills in genetics and experience with metabolic conditions required

Credentialing
* Estimated timeframe: 90 days
