✅ Qualifications
✔️ Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree required
✔️ Completion of Pathology Residency (3–4 years)
✔️ Board Certified in Forensic Pathology (required)
✔️ Board Certified in Anatomic Pathology (required)
✔️ Forensic Pathology Fellowship (preferred/required per evaluation)
✔️ Minimum 10 years forensic pathology experience
✔️ Active, unrestricted U.S. medical license
✔️ Strong expertise in death investigations (adult & pediatric cases)
✔️ Excellent communication, reporting, and expert testimony skills
✅ Key Responsibilities
✔️ Conduct forensic case consultations with FBI investigators and agents
✔️ Review and analyze autopsy and forensic pathology case materials
✔️ Provide expert interpretation of complex death investigations
✔️ Prepare detailed written reports and clinical findings
✔️ Deliver expert testimony in judicial proceedings when required
✔️ Support training and education for law enforcement personnel
✔️ Recommend additional investigative approaches when needed
✔️ Maintain confidentiality and professional independence in all casework
