Pathology Locums 1.5hrs North of Dallas | Ongoing Role

Guaranteed Daily rate covers on-site hours and weeknight calls

Weekend call available while on assignment.

Specialty: Anatomic/Clinical Pathology – MD/DO

Contract Length: Ongoing

Shift Details: Call Schedule: M-F, 5:00p p.m. - 7:30a a.m., Sat-Sun 24-hour call

Schedule: M-F, 7:30a-5:00p onsite, at least 1 week/month

Work Details:
Volume per day: 45-55 Cases per day, split between 3 pathologists
Patient population/age: All
Department Description: Pathology

EMR: Cerner

Skills required: AP / CP Surgical pathologist, with experience in a busy hospital setting. Case mix will include breast, colon, derm, Gyn, lung, stomach, prostate, thyroid, frozen sections, FNAs, etc.
Pathologists will have phone call access to sub-specialty pathologists for consultation
Practice Setting:

Hospital Requirements:
Board Certification: Required, AP/CP Certified
License required: Active TX

Certifications required: AP/CP Board Certified
Credentialing Timeframe: Can get expedited privileges in 30-45 days.
