About the clinician's workday
The Licensed Clinical Social Worker will provide comprehensive clinical supervision and mentorship to a team of therapists, including case consultation, documentation review, and support with treatment planning while maintaining a small caseload of clients requiring individual, family, or group therapy using evidence-based approaches. The clinician will review and ensure timely, accurate completion of clinical documentation and compliance with organizational and regulatory standards while collaborating with interdisciplinary team members including psychiatry, case management, and administrative staff to coordinate comprehensive client care. Primary duties include participating in team meetings, case conferences, and program development initiatives while supporting onboarding, training, and ongoing professional development of clinical staff. The position requires monitoring client progress and outcomes, adjusting treatment plans as needed, and providing crisis intervention support and guidance to staff when necessary while communicating with families, referral sources, and community partners as appropriate.
