About the Opportunity

We are seeking a Mental Health Therapist to provide outpatient behavioral health services to individuals and families of all ages. This role is ideal for a licensed clinician who is passionate about providing person-centered care and helping clients achieve meaningful goals.

What You'll Do

* Provide individual, group, and family therapy to clients of all ages.
* Conduct clinical assessments, psychosocial evaluations, and diagnostic interviews.
* Develop and implement appropriate treatment interventions based on client needs.
* Assess and respond to psychiatric and behavioral health crises, including crisis intervention and stabilization.
* Coordinate care and connect clients and families with appropriate community resources and service providers.
* Maintain accurate clinical documentation in accordance with applicable requirements.
* Collaborate with psychiatrists and other behavioral health professionals to support client care.
* Participate in clinical consultation, professional development, and quality improvement activities.
* Maintain positive relationships with clients, families, community organizations, and other service providers.
* Participate in emergency or on-call coverage as needed.
* Travel to community locations or outreach sites when assigned.

Qualifications

Candidates must hold one of the following professional licenses:

LCSW – Licensed Clinical Social Worker
LMFT – Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist
LCMHC – Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor
