About the clinician's workday

The Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) will provide full-time, on-site clinical services during day shift hours within a residential treatment setting, working 40 hours per week. Each clinician is assigned 6 patients and conducts one individual therapy session per patient per week (6 hour-long sessions total), 6 hour-long family therapy sessions per week, and approximately 5 hours of group therapy sessions per week. Remaining scheduled hours are dedicated to clinical documentation, session preparation, and participation in treatment team meetings. Call coverage is required for this position. Clinical presentations include depression, anxiety, and behavioral concerns, with minimal substance use disorder (SUD) cases.
