Licensed Mental Health Therapist (Outpatient)

Job description

Transformation Health Services is expanding our outpatient behavioral health services and is seeking a fully licensed mental health therapist to join our team in Richmond, Virginia. We're looking for a compassionate clinician who enjoys building therapeutic relationships and providing evidence-based treatment in a collaborative outpatient practice.

Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive behavioral health assessments.
- Develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide evidence-based individual, family, and couples therapy.
- Treat a variety of behavioral health conditions including anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, mood disorders, and life transitions.
- Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation.
- Collaborate with psychiatric providers and other members of the care team.

Qualifications
- Active Virginia license as an LPC or LCSW
- Experience providing outpatient psychotherapy preferred.
- Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care.
