About the clinician's workday

The Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist will provide clinical supervision and mentorship to a team of therapists, including case consultation, documentation review, and support with treatment planning while maintaining a small caseload of clients. The clinician will deliver individual, family, or group therapy using evidence-based approaches and review timely completion of clinical documentation in compliance with organizational and regulatory standards. Primary duties include collaborating with interdisciplinary team members such as psychiatry, case management, and administrative staff to coordinate comprehensive client care and participating in team meetings, case conferences, and program development initiatives. The position requires supporting onboarding and ongoing professional development of clinical staff, monitoring client progress and outcomes, providing crisis intervention support and guidance to staff when necessary, and communicating with families, referral sources, and community partners as appropriate.
