About the clinician's workday
The Licensed Professional Counselor will provide clinical supervision and mentorship to a team of therapists during full-time day shifts with no call requirements, conducting case consultations, documentation reviews, and treatment planning support. The clinician will maintain a small therapeutic caseload while delivering individual, family, or group therapy using evidence-based approaches for children presenting with anxiety, depression, PTSD, ODD, and ADD. Responsibilities include ensuring timely and accurate clinical documentation compliance with organizational and regulatory standards, collaborating with interdisciplinary team members including psychiatry, case management, and administrative staff to coordinate comprehensive client care, and participating in team meetings and case conferences. The position requires supporting onboarding and ongoing professional development of clinical staff, monitoring client progress and adjusting treatment plans as needed, providing crisis intervention support and guidance to staff when necessary, and maintaining effective communication with families, referral sources, and community partners.
