Who are we?
We are a multi-disciplinary team that utilizes team-building as a method that serves our patients with a holistic approach. We have a wonderful, supportive group of providers from various disciplines: psychiatrists, psychiatric nurse practitioners, licensed social workers and counselors, and registered nurses.

Position details:
This position includes a combination of Outpatient and MTS services. MTS services are provided in-person in the community but MTS is teamwork to ensure patients' needs are met.

Requirements:
Maryland-licensed LMSW, LCSW-C, LGPC, or LCPC
Behavioral health counseling and therapy experience
Experience providing services in the field (preferred)
Family or child/adolescent therapy experience a plus (not required)
Ability to work independently and with a team

Compensation:
$7,500 Special Compensation Bonus to be split monthly over a year after initial 90 days (when working 32 hours or more per week)
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time; 20-40 hours/week
Pay: $85,000-$95,000 full-time annually
Prorated with part-time schedules
Fee-for-service compensation
Potential for hybrid hourly and fee-for-service compensation for the ideal candidate.
