Colorectal Surgeon needed near Augusta GA - Licensing opportunity with IMLC - travel and lodging included.

Job description

• Support staff: 1 MD on call—no APP-there are 3 docs in the practice that will be available in the clinic or from OR if support needed

• Schedule Details: Coverage for Emergency Dept, Inpatient consults and emergency procedures at hospital take Call for the ED, Inpatient, and Clinic patients (6P-7:30am. Calls are 1-2 per night total. Weekend call is Fri 6pm—Mon at 7am.

Work Details:
• EMR/Charting Software: epic
• Avg. Daily Census: 1-2 per night
• Procedures: Colorectal Surgeons (Proctologist) - Lower abdominal/digestive tract procedures-colonoscopies, anoscopies, rectal surgery, colon resections, polyps, pelvic organ prolapse, inflammatory bowel issues, etc

Credentialing Timeframe: 120 days
