CRNA Locums – Critical Access Hospital – 2 Weeks On/2 Weeks Off – Idaho

Start Date: October 20, 2025
Contract Length: 3–6 months (option to extend)
Coverage Type: 24-Hour Call (Day + Beeper Call)
Location: Grangeville, ID

Schedule:

2 weeks on / 2 weeks off

Monday–Friday, 7:00a–2:00p

24/7 beeper call while on assignment

Call Back: Minimal – average 4–6 hours per week

Highest case volume: Tuesdays & Fridays

Practice Setting:
Operating Room (OR) – Critical Access Hospital (2 ORs)

Work Details:

Cases per day: 5–7

Case mix: General, Endo, Bariatrics

OB cases required – MUST be comfortable with epidurals (no exceptions)

Patient Ages: Peds–Geriatrics (90% adult)

EMR: Cerner

Requirements:

Minimum 1–2 years CRNA experience (OB & epidurals required)

Board Certified CRNA

Active ID license required (not willing to license)
