About the clinician's workday

The clinician will provide day shift critical care coverage during 12-hour shifts on a 7 days on and 7 days off rotation, with night call responsibilities averaging 2 call callbacks per night. Essential duties include managing critically ill adult patients requiring intensive monitoring while remaining within the ICU throughout the shift. The role requires board certification or ICU experience, and the clinician will perform ICU procedures as needed throughout the assignment.
