📋 Contract Details
🔹 Assignment Type: Locum Tenens (1099)
🔹 Anticipated Start Date: September 7, 2026
🔹 Assignment Length: 2–3 months with potential extension
🔹 Coverage Type: Scheduled shifts only – No call
🔹 Schedule: 7-on/7-off
🔹 Shift: Nights, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
🔹 Full-time provider required
🔹 Full travel and lodging provided for eligible assignments
🔹 Credentialing: Approximately 30–45 days

🏥 Site Details & Clinical Scope
🔹 Acute Care Hospital
🔹 Intensive Care Unit
🔹 Average daily census of 12–16 patients
🔹 Manage ICU admissions and consultations
🔹 Backup physician available on call
🔹 In-house anesthesia support
🔹 Central and arterial line experience preferred but not required
🔹 EMR: Cerner

📋 Candidate Requirements
🔹 Board Certified Nurse Practitioner
🔹 Active West Virginia license or compact licensure required
🔹 Active DEA required
🔹 BLS and ACLS certifications required
🔹 Minimum of 2 years of Critical Care experience
