Critical Care NP/PA Needed – Marina del Rey, CA
Start Date: September 2026
Contract Length: 3 months ongoing
Schedule: PRN nights, 6:00 PM–6:00 AM (prefer at least 1 shift per month)
Position Details:
• Mixed medical/surgical ICU
• 12-bed unit
• Solo night coverage with backup support available from intensivists and fellows by phone
• Responsible for ICU admissions, patient management, rounding, procedures, and code response
• Epic EMR
• No pediatric or OB patients
Required Skills:
• Ventilator management
• Central lines and arterial lines
• Code management
• Comfortable working independently
• Intubation experience strongly preferred
Requirements:
• Active CA license
• Board Certification
• ACLS and BLS
• Minimum 2 years of ICU APP experience
• MICU experience strongly preferred (CVICU/SICU considered if prior MICU experience)
Additional Details:
• Academic hospital setting
• Potential for permanent opportunity
• Credentialing up to 90 days
• Must be COVID and flu vaccinated/boosted (no exemptions accepted)
