We are seeking a Critical Care NP for an ongoing assignment in Marina del Rey, California.

Start Date: September 2026
Contract Length: 3 months (ongoing potential)
Schedule: Night shifts (6:00 PM – 6:00 AM); PRN (approximately 1 shift per month)
Practice Setting: Hospital
Assignment Details:
• Mixed medical/surgical ICU (12-bed unit)
• Solo night coverage with backup support from intensivists and fellows
• Responsible for admissions, rounding, and ongoing patient management
• Perform procedures including central lines and arterial lines (intubation preferred)
• Respond to code blue events and manage critical care needs
• Epic EMR
License: Active California License Required
Requirements:
• NP required
• Board Certification required
• Minimum 2 years ICU APP experience
• Must have ventilator management and procedure experience
• ACLS and BLS required
• Must be vaccinated (COVID and flu required)
Credentialing: Up to 90 days
