CVICU APP Locums Assignment in California!

Job description

Specialty: CVICU
Location: Palo Alto, California
Shift Details:
o 12-hour shifts (6:00 AM–6:00 PM / 6:00 PM–6:00 AM)
o rotating days, nights, and weekends.
o 3 × 12-hour shifts per week

- Patient population/age: Patients with acute and chronic conditions requiring specialty care.
- Department description: patient assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and ongoing management in collaboration with supervising physicians and interdisciplinary teams.
- Must be comfortable working independently while following established clinical workflows, physician preferences, and standardized procedures.
Special procedures: Physical examinations, diagnostic testing, medication management, laboratory and blood product orders, hospital admissions/discharges, emergency interventions, and designated procedures based on demonstrated competency.

- Certifications required: Basic Life Support (BLS).
- Minimum experience required: Previous CVICU experience strongly preferred
