New Opportunity Located in North Central GA with Aya Locums: Critical Care NP/PA

Job description

Aya Locums is seeking a Critical Care NP/PA for a locum assignment in North Central Georgia.

Assignment Details:
• Start Date: September 2026
• Contract Length: Ongoing
• Schedule: Days, nights, and weekends; minimum 10 shifts/month including at least 2 weekend shifts. Shift options include 6a–6p, 6p–6a, 12p–12a, and 2p–2a
• Practice Setting: ICU (Hospital)
• Patients per day: 10–15 per APP
• Patient population: Adults
• Case Mix: Critically ill ICU patients requiring independent management; endotracheal intubation, central venous catheter placement, arterial line placement, and temporary dialysis catheter (Vascath) placement
• EMR: Epic

Requirements:
• State License: Active Georgia license required
• Certifications: ACNP or PA board certification required; DEA required; must have completed or be willing to complete a Difficult Airway Course (DAC) or equivalent
• Credentialing: 90–120 days; minimum 2 years of ICU APP experience with procedural competency required
