About the clinician's workday

The clinician will provide critical care coverage during 12-hour day shifts with night call responsibilities, following a 7 days on and 7 days off rotation, and will remain within the ICU throughout each shift. Primary responsibilities include managing critically ill adult patients requiring intensive monitoring and performing ICU procedures as needed. The position requires board certification or demonstrated ICU experience, and the clinician will collaborate with nursing staff and medical assistants, with anesthesia support available on-site. An average of 2 call callbacks per night is expected as part of the call responsibilities.
