Opportunity Highlights:
• Full-time ICU role with day and night shift rotation

Opportunity Details:
• Location: Boston, MA
• Schedule: Rotating days and nights (6a–7p, 6p–7a) with weekends and holidays
• Setting: ICU within a teaching hospital

Work Details:
• Average Census: 7 patients
• Unit Size: 10 beds
• Patient Population: Adults
• Support: 4 APPs with attending/fellow supervision
• Role: Responding clinician (no procedures required)
• EMR: Epic
• Responsibilities: Morning and afternoon rounds with attending, patient management and task completion

Requirements:
• Acute Care NP with ICU experience
• Minimum 2+ years of critical care experience
• Active MA license required (no licensing available)
• ACLS, BLS, and DEA required

Credentialing timeframe is approximately 90 days.
