Critical Care NP/PA Needed in Massachusetts

Start Date: As soon as credentialed
Contract Length: Ongoing
Schedule: 3x13-hour shifts/week, 6:00am–7:00pm or 6:00pm–7:00am. Primary need is nights and weekends. Minimum 2 weekend shifts/month; 4 preferred.

• Adult ICU coverage in a 10-bed unit averaging 7 patients/day
• APP serves as a responding clinician with no procedural responsibilities
• Bread & butter ICU/Med Surg with a small burn patient population
• No intubations, lines, vents, transplants, ECHO, EVD, or complex neuro/stroke care
• Round with attending physicians with fellow/attending supervision overnight
• Epic EMR

Active Massachusetts License Required for NPs; Licensing Candidates Considered for PAs (We can help license you!)

Credentialing Timeframe: Approximately 90 days
