Critical Care NP/PA Needed in Massachusetts

Start Date: As soon as credentialed
Contract Length: Ongoing
Schedule: 13-hour day or night shifts, 6:00am–7:00pm or 6:00pm–7:00am. Minimum 2 weekend shifts/month; 4 preferred. Friday nights count as weekend coverage.

• Adult ICU at a teaching hospital with an average daily census of 7
• 10-bed unit with bread-and-butter ICU/Med Surg and limited burn patients
• Responding clinician role with no procedures required
• No intubations, lines, vents, transplants, ECHO, EVD, or complex Neuro/Stroke care
• Round with the Attending and complete ongoing patient management throughout the shift
• Minimum 2 years of Critical Care experience required
• Epic EMR
• Local candidates strongly preferred

Active Massachusetts License Required for NPs; PA Licensing Candidates Considered (We can help license you!)

Credentialing Timeframe: Approximately 90 days
