Schedule: 6a-7p or 6p-7a. (days or nights) Prefers 4 weekend shifts per month. (either Fri, Sat, or Sun)

• Avg. Daily Census: 7
• Beds: 10
• Patient Age Group: Adult

Credentialing Timeframe: Approximately 90 Days
