Pulmonary Critical Care Acute Care NP / PA – Monroe, MI
Employment: 1099 Locums (All-Inclusive Rate)
Start Date: September 28, 2026 (earliest acceptable start: September 15, 2026)
Contract Length: 13 weeks (through approximately January 1, 2027)

Schedule
Full-time
7-on/7-off style night coverage
7:00 PM–7:00 AM
12-hour shifts
84 scheduled hours per week during working week
No call
Practice Details
Acute Care Hospital
Inpatient Pulmonary Critical Care service
Average Daily Census: 10 patients
EMR: Epic
Adult critical care patient population
Responsibilities
Inpatient Pulmonary/Critical Care management
ICU rounding
Admissions
Consultations
Ongoing management of critically ill patients
Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary care team
Expected Workload
Approximately 10 patient encounters/day
1–2 admissions/day
1–2 consults/day
Approximately 1–10 procedures/day
Procedures
Procedure list is pending from the client.
Additional details regarding required procedures and whether they must be performed independently will be provided as they become available.

Requirements
Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (ACNP) or Physician Assistant
Active Michigan license required
Licensing assistance available
BLS required
ACLS required
