Job Description:
Start Jan 1 ongoing PERN coverage at multiple sites

Location needs would be PRN, as vacation/coverage needs emerge.

Job details:
• Dates of Coverage: TBD
• Reason for Coverage: vacation coverage and extra need in ICU
• Practice Setting: The APC will provider critical care coverage and rounding on ICU patients
• Call Ratio: NA
• Average Number of Patients Per Day: 12-20
• Documentation System/EMR: EPIC
• Trauma Level/Designation: Boardman None, warren level 1, Youngstown level 3
• Will APP be Working Autonomously: Yes
• Supervising Physician Present During Assignment: Supervising Physician on call.
• Training or Experience Required: No
• Procedures: Central lines and arterial lines are a must. Dialysis catheters and Intubations are Strongly encouraged
• Patient Age Demographic: Adult geriatric

• PRN/ as needed coverage in OH- Youngstown area
• 12-20 patients per day- adult geriatrics
• Central lines, arterial lines are a must
