The facility features a 30-bed critical care department with a dedicated cardiac ICU unit, providing comprehensive cardiac care services with strong physician and provider support.

Opportunity:
Board Certified - Critical Care/Intensive Care (Nurse Practitioner)

Job Details:

• Provide critical care services in a cardiac ICU unit with 8-12 patient encounters per shift
• Experience required with VA & VV ECMO, Impella, LVAD, and cardiac transplant management
• Work (3) 13-hour shifts per week (7am-8pm or 7pm-8am), including night shifts, weekends, and holidays
• Position is available through March 2027
• Perform daily rounding and comprehensive patient management under the guidance of an Intensivist
• Responsible for order entry, admissions, and post-operative management
• Perform procedures including arterial lines, central lines, Swan-Ganz catheter, and IABP removal
• Primarily manage HVI CCU patients
• Active Pennsylvania medical license required - no IMLC accepted
• Board certification required with ACLS and BLS certifications
• Credentialing timeframe approximately 60-90 days
