The facility operates with structured day, night, and call shift coverage, with an intensivist in-house during daytime hours to ensure continuity of care for critically ill patients. Locum tenens Nurse Practitioner coverage is sought beginning October on an ongoing basis.

About the clinician's workday

Responsibilities include intensive monitoring and management of critically ill patients within an ICU setting, where the census averages 26-28 patients. An intensivist is present in-house from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM to support coordinated patient care. Critical care and ICU experience is required for consideration.
